There’s obviously a lot of commentary about Matteo Berrettini having to back up and play again at Phoenix, and while I too am concerned about the Italian’s ability to potentially play six sets in one day, that doesn’t mean I agree with the price.
Berrettini – at the peak of his powers – sits firmly inside the world’s top 20 when it comes to hard court ability and despite Aleksandar Vukic’s fighting quality, to suggest he wins this more often then 6/10 times is a little silly in my opinion.
I can get around this being a 50-50 proposition, given Berrettini’s tough schedule, but to be getting +140 is a price I’m not going to let pass me by.
