There are a lot of opinions out there for this matchup between Tommy Paul and Casper Ruud. Some are going with the form of TP while others refer to the 4-1 head-to-head in favor of Ruud. While I’m not picking a side – if I had to, I’d go for the underdog in a tight match like this – I do expect this to become a battle. None of these warriors will give in with a Masters 1000 semifinal on the line. I expected the total to be at least half a game higher and while I wouldn’t’ve been tempted by an over 23.0, I do see value in the over 22.5 games at a pick’em. The two have split sets in all of their competitive matches (Laver Cup excluded) and I’m hoping for another close one today.
