ATP Split Challenger – O’Connell vs Prizmic

Suggested Bet
1 unit O’Connell to defeat Prizmic at $1.70 at Topsport

I had O’Connell at $1.70 as the price point to jump into this Challenger selection for 1 unit, and that price has eventuated.

After a horrendously slow start against compatriot Sweeny the other day, Chris O’Connell has looked far more settled since. Some of the Australian’s ranked 70+ are doing a great job at Challenger level to start the year, ensuring they are locking in valuable ranking points where they can to keep themselves in the top 100. O’Connell was solid in Marrakeh, reaching the quarter finals, and looks to have transitioned here. He gets local 17 year old Dino Prizmic, who was born in Split and was a Junior Roland Garros semi-finallist last year. His form has been sound, and his win over Cazaux in the previous round, having lost to him 1-6 1-6 a couple of weeks ago, shows great growth and composure.

This is a step up though to face O’Connell. The $1.70 for the moneyline looks solid, however I also don’t mind the games line for a small play.

In another match-up in Split, I don’t mind Misolic at the minus games against Polmans.
