Whilst I cannot trust him at the game handicap, I am more than comfortable in backing Elias Ymer here at the moneyline against Blaz Kavcic.
Whilst he has been able to compile a decent list of wins over the last couple of weeks, opposition quality on the clay has been low for Kavcic. I think too much has been read into the win over Safwat in particular, and when you consider Ymer was knocked out of Marbella by the eventual champion in Mager. He looked good backing up this week, dropping only 4 games to Alexandre Muller in round 1.
Ymer has the athleticism to force the issue a little more for Kavcic, and I don’t think this is a particularly good match-up for Kavcic. I am backing in Ymer here to win for 1.5 units.
