Although I was on Sweeny yesterday, he was awfully lucky to make his way through in straight sets against Nam. Against a significantly better opponent in Aljaz Bedene, and coming off a medical time-out yesterday, it looks as though this may be a struggle for the Australian teenager.
I will keep the staking here to just a unit as Bedene didn’t exactly set the world on fire in round 1, but looking at market availability it looks as though Bedene -5 games is sitting comfortably above $2. Bedene should be able to find his way regularly into the service games of Sweeny, given the Australian is still developing his body and his serve is currently a week spot, notably the second ball.
