Tsitsipas vs Coric (Approx 06:00am AEST)
Whilst I entirely disagree with Patrick Mouratoglou’s summation that Stefanos Tsitsipas has put on a return of serve masterclass over the last couple of weeks, I must say the game total for this match looks incredibly appealing.
The total of 36.5 game here looks to be a little on the high side in my opinion. Coric was running on empty late in his match with Londero, where he just scraped over the line after trailing by 2 sets to 1. This patchy form was a continuation of his battle with Andujar, up until his superior fitness allowed him to run away with the match and mask some of the deficiencies in his game at the moment.
I think Tsitsipas will enjoy having a bit more time on the ball today compared to his last handful of matches. Facing big servers has never been a strong point for Tsitsipas, however he has looked solid across his matches with Isner, Opelka, Anderson, Raonic and Cressy, and was dominant against Albert Ramos in his other match. He is many levels above both Andujar and Londero, and on recent form he should be winning this one comfortably.
The options here are Tsitsipas -6.5 games or under 36.5 games. My preference lies with the total going under, and I am happy to play it for 2 units.
