I don’t feel that the short the medium term form of Tallon Griekspoor has garnered the respect it should in terms of his odds. He has been incredibly solid throughout the course of 2024 across surfaces, lost in 3 to De Minaur in Monte Carlo, lost to eventual Bucharest champion Fucsovics a couple of weeks ago, and has knocked off Holger Rune here in his last match. These two played on hard and grass last year, and both went to three sets, and Griekspoor was very competitive in both.
Griekspoor should not be $2.80+ here in the Madrid conditions.
