Kalinskaya was $1.60 in this matchup in Melbourne a month ago. I sided with Kalinskaya that day, but simply cannot have her at the odds today. I feel the Dubai conditions favour the Italian a little more, and I feel the odds shift here is a touch too extreme. Kalinskaya is coming off back to back massive wins, however is also majorly overachieving on break point saves across the tournament. This may be a little more difficult to sustain given the defensive ability of Paolini, who has been simply relentless and has also produced a solid patch of tennis.
