I am not a fan of getting too heavily involved in -4.5 game handicaps in ATP best of 3 set matches, so the total games going under 21.5 looks to be more appealing in this match-up.
Even if the courts aren’t the fastest in Winston Salem, I think this game total looks a game high for hardcourt conditions, and perhaps a little too much has been read into Bagnis taking a set off Koepfer in Tokyo. Giron looked solid in Cincinnati qualifying and I won’t hold a loss to the enigmatic Bublik against him. I think there is value here for 1 unit.
