Short and sweet again (happy to answer any particular questions, just DM me). Whilst I did feel as though Zavatska was value as a big underdog in round 1, it looks as though there has been a bit of an overreaction from bookmakers to her win over Clara Tauson.
I have backed Ankita Raina a couple of times over the last 12 months, and she is a player I am keeping a close eye on below the WTA level. These conditions are favourable for her, as she won’t find herself being hit off the court by Zavatska. Her overall conditioning and shot selection have improved over the last 12-18 months, and seeing her at $2.30+ is hard to pass up.
I just don’t think there is a lot of justification of the Zavatska price. She is stronger as a counter-punching player, however Raina is a little more measured and appears to be revelling in the conditions. No more than a 1 unit selection here, however I have these odds closer to a coin flip.
Suggested Bet
1 unit Raina to defeat Zavatska at $2.50 at Topsport
