I wasn’t quite expecting this, but I do feel as though there is some value in Seb Korda here.
I feel for Rublev to be able to progress here, he is going to need things to be on his terms from start to finish. That was the case in Melbourne in the cooler nighttime conditions, however on what I’m seeing in Dubai, I do feel it’ll favour the American. Don’t be fooled by the Rublev straight sets at the AO. It was very nearly 1 set apiece, and Rublev served 73% of first serves in for the match, which is incredibly high.
Korda has a few more matches under his belt in finding his feet truly back at ATP level, and looks great value at the odds. I’ll wrap this up here as Lehecka has just retired and this match is on next.
