I was keen to be on Adrian Mannarino yesterday against Sonego, however he looks to be too short in the market today against Casper Ruud, who has looked to be arguably the form player of the United Cup so far.

Ruud has been instrumental in the run, with incredibly impressive wins over Griekspoor and Coric, and looks a stronger prospect than we saw from him for periods in 2023.
I’m not sure the craft of Mannarino is going to be quite as effective today against Ruud than we saw from Mannarino’s opponents late last year, and so far in the United Cup to date (albeit with a 3 set loss to Zverev. Ruud’s ability to generate his own heavy spin off both wings, mixed with his quality movement, should be enough to offset the craft of Mannarino, who may struggle to hit through the power/movement combination. I was expecting -4 games, so the -3 games appeals in this one.
