2 x Challenger Previews – March 30

Posted on

Just the two Challenger previews for today. I am currently not 100%, so I will keep these short.

Both selections come from the ATP Marbella Challenger. The first is an underdog play on Yannick Hanfmann to defeat Pablo Andujar. I wasn’t impressed with Andujar yesterday in a match that many were monitoring as they waiting for Wawrinka’s return to court. His performance was aided by a 77% first serve percentage, however the aggression and level that Hanfmann can produce at ATP level, who was utterly dominant yesterday and has solid form on clay in recent months and across his career, leads me to having him as slight value here. It’s on Hanfmann’s racquet for mine, and I am happy to take odds north of $2.

The other selection involves the man who knocked out Wawrinka on his return and that is Elias Ymer to defeat Tseng in straight sets. This looks to present as value here for a 0.75 unit selection, as although I am not reading too much into either player’s first round win, I think the longer term clay form of Ymer holds up moreso than Tseng. If Ymer were to lose the first set, I would also consider a live play.

Suggested Bets

1 unit Hanfmann to defeat Andujar at $2.25 at Topsport/Bet365/Unibet
0.75 units Ymer 2-0 set betting vs Tseng at $2.50 at Bet365

Over 18s Only (21+ in some jurisdictions). 1 unit = 1% of bankroll. These are my bets that I am making. Please enjoy your betting responsibly. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and do not chase a loss.
