Here are two more plays for Day 8 from Wimbledon. Thanks for reading and good luck if following.
Berrettini vs Ivashka
I don’t quite feel there are enough areas for Ivashka to consistently threaten Matteo Berrettini. Whilst the Italian has had a couple of minor lapses through the first few rounds, they haven’t come in the frequency or severity in which they have come for Ivashka.
Berrettini to be too strong for mine on recent form. Now the game handicap is sitting at -6 games I’m happy to get involved for 1 unit.
1 unit Berrettini -6 games vs Ivashka at $1.82 at Topsort
Jabeur vs Swiatek
I mentioned on a Twitter Space the other day that I hoped for a one-sided Swiatek win over Begu for the reason of wanting her to be a false favourite against the winner of Muguruza vs Jabeur.
I got my wish, and although I am already on Jabeur in the outright market, I still think there is a little value in the money line price for Jabeur. I still think that although Swiatek won here as a junior, she is still a little unproven on the surface in comparison to the form displayed by Jabeur over the course of the grass season.
Happy to take the proven form here in Jabeur for a unit. She should enjoy being back off the main court, and can take advantage.
1 unit Jabeur to defeat Swiatek at $2.18 at Unibet
