Plays to just miss the cut

  • Had I been able to see a little more from Mihaela Buzarnescu coming back from injury, there would be some genuine intrigue in her price vs Sloane Stephens. Happy to watch on, and to be honest it is just good to see her back on court.
  • I also wish I had seen Yoshihito Nishioka, as I think he will really test the fitness of Andy Murray today. One to really monitor.
  • I agree that Wolf should be favourite against Pella, however I question his ability to go the distance, so he will need to start well.

“Should Win” List:

Mertens (vs Siegemund)
Samsonova (vs Pironkova)
Anisimova (vs Tomova)
